Benefits of Laughter
NIRA BERRY, FOUNDER OF LAUGHTER WELLNESS MOVEMENT
As a laughter therapist, I help you heal emotionally, mentally, and physically using the tool of laughter. I’m not a comedian, I use laughter therapy techniques that incorporate laughter exercises. These laughter exercises are not jokes, but laughter you create just for the sake of laughing, I call it intentional laughter or ”fake laughter.” Laughter can help you on your wellness journey and help you cultivate and attain feelings of joy and elation. This leads to an improved quality of life and better communication leading to healthier relationships at work and in your private life.
Through my laughter therapy exercises, laughter wellness, and laughingRx programs, I have helped thousands of people heal from emotional trauma, pain, hurt, disappointment, divorce, loss, physical pain, health issues, physical challenges & to cope with life!
